Auction Day

Our auction professionals will make it fun and exciting for the crowd which will maximize your revenue.

 

We will provide a clerk if you need one.  A clerk is someone who keeps track of all items, what they sell for and who buys the items.

 

We will also bring our professional sound system if needed.  It is absolutely imperative that you have a pristine sound system.  If your guests can hear or can’t understand the auctioneer, you will not reap the highest benefits that you deserve for your organization.

 

Most of your revenue comes from your live auction. Conduct it when the majority of your guests are happy, seated and ready to support your cause. Consider starting the live auction during dinner.

 

Make sure your guests can see the auctioneer and the live auction items. Set up big screens to show off each item as the auctioneer sells it. You can also use the big screens prior to the live auction beginning to advertise and show off your other projects.

Post-Auction

This is the time to identify what went well and what can be improved for your next event.
